Shady1 Cars & Coffee Plano, Texas pics Sat. 2 OCT
These are some of the pics from C&C this past weekend Sat. 2 OCT. in Plano, Texas. I am no expert when it comes to taking pics
 . It was nice to drive up North and meet up with some of the DFW members in the area. Myself and some other Bimmerpost.com and MFestforum.com members drive about 2 1/2 hours to go to these C&C meets the first Sat. of every month. We have to leave around 6:00a.m. from the city of Killeen, in order to get there by 8:30 a.m. and still find a place to park  . We even had some friends drive from Austin, Texas which is about a hour more further South from Killeen and join us for this C&C meet as well  . Our friend Roman, the vender for Texasecodetail.com invited us all down to the area, he had a few models at C&C to take some pics and he invited us all to Brickhouse resturant for lunch  along with VIP parking  Finally here are some of the pics warning there are alot of them so please enjoy

Here Are Some That I Took
The Dallas Cars & Coffee event continues to grow. There were over 1000 cars in September (haven't heard the October count yet). There is generally something there for everyone. Check out the engine in the Rx-7. The owner says the weight is the same as the original rotary and the new one has a lower installed c.g.

Worth Taking a Close Look.
The silver car is an early 50's Continental Coupe with a few updates. It appears to be stock except for the wheels and wheel hardware (I know the owner slightly, but don't know what has been done to the car). The exterior and interior are first rate. The black car is an early 60's car representing the end of the 356 model line. Besides it being just gorgeous, it has a 930 turbo six cylinder engine in it. The work is so well done that it's hard to tell what's been done to make it all fit.
