Basic question about Wheels....?

Im trying to get off my wheels in order to replace them with my new alloys, but one apperas to he stuck on.
i removed all the bolts but it looks as if it has bonded to the car with rust or break dust etc, is there a tip to get it off? I have given it a proper yank and used a rubber mallet, but its not budging.
Was going to buy a can of WD40... not sure what else to do...

The wheel is seized to the hub which is very common. I usually just kick the tire until it comes off.
