This is the oldest damn video... I got a kick out of it the first time I saw it though. My dad had the same reaction when I had my 335 all worked.

Yeah, but you probobly aren't picking up the floating feeling he's getting as the ass end of the car slides out on upshifts at 80mph. LOL.

Super old video... and the dad still sounds like a spineless wuss.

No way I'd let my kid have a 630hp car.

Ah, I suppose you're right. I've never had that feeling before.

And neither would I, but you don't know how old this driver is ...

i like to drive fast and a bit times reckless, i'm sure we all do; but when i'm in the passenger seat and a friend or someone else is hauling ass through traffic or canyons, i'll get pretty vocal. not being in control = scary times imo

and i'm pretty sure that isn't a kid and i highly doubt the car was paid for by someone else except himself. when you're old and wrinkled are you going to tell your grown son he can't drive a car with x horsepower?

Understand your points perfectly... but you're just speculating (as am I).

While you are speculating that it isn't a kid and that he actually did paid for everything himself, I'm speculating that it is a father/son (as the title states) and that the father is a spineless puss because he bought his idiot son an M3 and then let his idiot son slap a turbo on it so that it's now 600+hp. Most likely in a failed attempt to buy his love because of some kind of nasty divorce, all the while completely forgetting the safety aspects associated with a 600hp car. I mean listen to the "fathers" voice/temperament... does he sound like any kind of authoritative figure? He has completely caved, is scared shitless, and has absolutely no control over the situation. Likewise you can tell the son has no respect for him with comments like "This is going to be an awesome video".

I'm 30 years old and 6'3" tall. My father is 56 years old and 5'8" tall and he still scares the shit out of me.

And to answer your question, no. When I'm older there will be a point where I'll be okay with it, but I'll still be worried about my kid's safety..

I completely agree with you... the entire tone of the father's voice (and even the kid's voice), was a dad talking to his 20 year old son.

+1 agreed. he must've thought that it being a used car or something that it'd be slower... dunno

OP i would like to say something to you for a moment; im originally from israel, like yourself, and there is absolutely no way you own a 2010 m3. that shit costs over 150 grand in israel (srs) after taxes, import fees and such.

oh...and repost.
