Nice E90 congratulations, again I must say SG is a great color also for the E90...
I changed between Foxred and Black so often before my order and I finally choose black leather interiour...your pictures let me thought again wether this was the right decision or not. Fortunately my car is here since last Saturday, so I can not change anything... ![]() |

Congrats Mark, glad you got the "M" treatment....just the best people to deal with and the highlight of my trip.
Great photos and sounds like you had a blast during the tour. And now....the wait!!!! |

Second that - great looking car!
Btw, I am thinking about ED next Spring on a E92 M3. How do one arrange for the special ///M tour? OP - I have been researching the steering feel between different wheel/package combos - just curious how the steering feels with the 18s in high speeds?

Hurry Up July...

Hi guys. Thanks for the congrats on the car. Glad to finally be "in the club"
A few answers: Frozen Grey was available to Canadians when I ordered at a cost of $5500. Just a special colour, not an edition car. Sure looks great, but I will use mine as a daily driver and don't want to be a slave to keeping it clean every day. Not sure if that is still possible. BMW Canada seems to have a lot of flexibility to make individual cars and add special options, even if it is at a hefty premium If you look up Marks M, you can see that a lot of individual type changes are possible. ![]() For the tour of the M division, that was arranged through BMW Canada. For the premium that they charge Canadians over what US folks pay, I guess they can do a bit more. I would ask through your dealer though. I think BMW NA would have to make the arrangements. It's worth it if you can swing it.For the gunmetal 18s, I have no idea how BMW decide which ones you get. When I got my car there was another identical SG car on the ramp with the silver 18s. When I ordered, they were unable to tell me which ones I would get. Stelvio Pass is definitely a great way to initiate a new M3. I wish I would have had time for the Ring as well. That would have been a fantastic end to a great trip...

Beautiful car and great write-up.
Hopefully your car arrives before I leave so I can get a look at her. Although I cancelled my attendance in the Advanced Driving School due to time constraints, I intend to take a drive down and say hello to everyone on Saturday the 28th. |
