I think that your question is not in line with the title of your thread: do you want to compare: 1) new vs. used (ie CPO) or 2) buy new or lease first and then buy it at the end of the lease??

In scenario 1) : buy CPO
In scenario 2) buy new and find a good loan

What are the interest rates for financing a CPO? Given the 1.9% for new purchases, you are may be better off buying new. If the CPO rate is much higher, it would likely offset any savings you might have on a low milage CPO. Of course, if you are paying cash, its a moot point.

When the interest rate is right is best time, right now they are good . Or you can get it in the winter BMW push the M cars out the door and they should have pricing by then, only a joke on winter but pricing should be out by 2011.

BTW Be ready to put large amount down, 700 may be okay but have you had very high line of credit and
also car loans for a large amount or be ready for large DOWNPAYMENT.It's a little easier if you had a BMW loan before .

The 2011 are out next wave will be 2011.5 comming in September. The only 2010 you will find will be used same for the 11s. Most dealers just don't keep stock on them. So chances are you are not going to walk into dealer looking for a leftover 11 or 11.5.
