meh its someone there but it might just be that he realized he was recording and when he put his hand there, he went back. No roommate find, but probably his friend or something

The weird part is the guy in the background slowly peeks his head out and when the dude in the foreground waves his hand up there and covers the face briefly, the face is gone when he pulls it away. haha.

It is a video artifact caused by his camera or the digitizing software he is using. when his hand goes by it reset the encoder and makes it all black again.

its odd though because the yellow door jam like moves/ripples as if the video was edited poorly for that to appear

keep in mind the video was obviously editted either way... it's not out of the question for him to have added an additional layer, quite easily...
