Do you mean M3? There is no '09 M Coupe, and all M Coupes are three pedal cars. If you meant M3 Coupe, then there is the available dual clutch DSG transmission.

If you look at his avatar, he says "future m3 owner" so I would guess he's asking about m3. There are somewhat major differences b/w '09 and '08. One is HDD-based nav (CIC) instead of DVD-based (CCC), 4x better resolution screen in '09 as well as active headrests. Most everything else stayed the same. As for transmissions, M-DCT has the same performance numbers and same MPG as 6MT but in the end, I think the 6MT is more reliable if you plan on keeping the car forever.

and I did noticed that the nav conttrol are a bit different from a 08 and 09, whats the difference ?

last thing, is the CF rear diffuser came stock? as well as the RED suspension? any if anybody knows thats a good exhaust?

You need to do some reading man. I'd buy one with a lot less mileage than that, even if you have to pay a bit more. Also keep in mind there's about $12K in options on these cars, so price depends on options. For what I've read, that car seems a bit high unless loaded with every option. And finally, I'd MUCH rather buy from an ORIGINAL owner who has taken care of his car, even if that means not having a CPO warranty, but to each his own. If car has no CPO, it's a no brainer to me to buy from an individual. Cars in lots are usually abused, sit under the elements, for weeks or months, and you don't know the history behind it. A matter of preference, I guess. And finally, make sure car wasn't involved in an accident. The only exception I'd make on that is with cosmetic damage only, but that's just me. Good luck.

Meister...exhaust is a good sounding exhaust. I don't know about performance wise since I don't have dyno results. The springs, if I am not mistaken, and if anyone can elaborate, are H&R which is really good brand springs. As far as the diffuser, it is not stock.
LIke ELP mentioned, try to find one that has lower than 45k, even lower than 30k. It will be almost new, and you get to enjoy it for a while before you start dumping money in for service.

Not bad, but keep in mind that car is out to be out of warranty...
