Angry bmw oldbury

i was wondering if anyone could help me?i brought a 1 series 3 years ago but have been completely ripped off i was told im paying through the roof as i will only have it for 2 years but i have since found out i have it for 4 years but 3 years voluntary termination.
i have had more problems than any other cars that range from my clutch going in 5 months of brand new and being told its due to me being a woman to recently trying to give the car back and being told i will owe them 500 due to going over my miles but didnt even know about this as nothing was pointed out at all
has anyone been there and had bad service or can anybody help me

thanks guys and girls
