she is very mature now,very responsible at her age, she got a house,nice car and taking care of 2 kids by herself.as for the father, they dont even talk nor he come by and visit.

Understand that her kids will always come first. Also, it'd be good to know how involved the kid's father(s) is/are. Are you looking for a short-term gf? If so, walk away, the kids will just complicate that issue. If you're looking for something long term, keep in mind you may become a father figure to her children.

agreed....there too many parties in this relationship....think it out.....you have to consider her, the kids, and the babies daddy...or daddies.....but seriously.....your young....there is a reason you dont have kids yet.....why take care of someone else's.....i couldn't....i passed on a girl like this for the same reason.....but if you really like her....try it out before you commit seriously to it....and remember.....double bag it....that girl is mad fertile
