2010 New Spec M3 Decatt

Hi Guys this is my first post on this forum.Its fantastic to be part of this forum

Decatting the car without changing the rear silencer will it make a decent
power gain.

Yes it will.

Expect anything around 18-20 RWHP.

We have dyno graphs if you'd like to see them.

18-20 rwhp, nice gains!

What about the noise? Does the car gets too loud only with the decats/test pipes? This is always my main concern when it comes to upgrading exhaust systems.

inspections.

plus many people are doing it while buying an aftermarket system

It does get slightly louder.

We will take some videos of some racecars that run stock rear mufflers but with complete decat and X-Pipe.

I've removed the primary cat, definitely "feels" like about +20WHP, even if it is really only +10-15WHP the mid-range torque is definitely a lot stronger.

Sound wise, normal daily driving you can't notice any difference. Going WOT the car is slightly louder with a bit more rasp. Sounds great though...

Definitely the best bang for buck mod!
