It looks nice but I think its about 5-7k too high. The ones on the west coast seem to be good deals but on the east cost, price too high.

He is 50/50 on wanting to sell. He said if he can't get close to $56K, then he will keep it.

I noticed the same thing. (I am not saying the price is too high though, I am holding my opinion)

There are a gajillion of these things out west so I can imagine with more on the market it would be cheaper. Over here on the east there are not too many and sellers can ask for more simply because most people won't fly and drive 2k for a car. Supply is lower and demand is high over here. More supply over there so lower price.
