I'm the same, ended up selling my JB E90 and hardly drive my Black Cayman. Next time go with white as I did; it holds up dirt well. Good luck!

I have an order in for a Silverstone E92 (week 22 production)

I had considered white, but prefer the look of silverstone. It's been a neurotic's dream on the E60... Of course now the E60 really will have a little brother.

CLARIFICATION::

This is a lease assumption and the following needs to be kept in mind.

1) The "buyer" will need to apply with and then be approved by BMWFS. I have no control over this process.
2) The "buyer" will need to pay the application fee ($100) and transfer fee ($400) charged by BMWFS.
3) The monthly payment to BMW will be $1014.65 + tax. This will not change.

I'm offering an incentive which means that when the transfer is done I'm going to cut a check for the incentive amount either to the buyer or to BMWFS (buyer's choice). It's up to the buyer to figure out what to do with this money. A wise choice would be to sock this money away and apply a portion of it to each monthly payment.

If you divide the amount of the incentive by 33 (the number of remaining payments) this is the amount that is deducted from the contractual monthly payment in order to come up with the incentive-based payment.

Nah... According to my dealer (which is in Phoenix) black is the single most popular color for them in terms of number of units sold.

The current buyout to a dealer is about $66K. It's higher to a private party as sales tax is charged on the full amount.
