Not guranteed at ordering, but included at delivery along with a bunch of car care stuff. Most SAs will throw them in.

Nope, in fact my dealership is so incompetent that they didn't even inform me that the car came w/o floormats, I found out via this forum and the letter from the Performance Center.

My sales guy was a tool, so I called the GM and complained... Complained about the dealership, told him I wouldn't recommend his dealership to anyone, and said I would take my car to be serviced at the BMW dealership 40mi away. They had the PC install M3 mats

The dealership I purchased my car from sucks, even people associated with BMW-NA said it was jacked up, after I told them about the place. The owner and BMW-NA are getting a letter about my experience.

Play hardball, they give you the mats, just call the GM... Unless they were super nice and helpful, then I wouldn't beat them up.

They wouldn't give them up to be so, I just paid. Seemed like a bad way to start a longer relationship--going nuclear over $139 that is. I got a very competitive price on the car, so it's all relative a bit I suppose.

And yes, there are M3 specific floor mats, but they're not universally stocked by any means.

Actually the mats are $65K, the car is free. You have to pay for the mats to get the car though.

As others have said, it's very common to have the mats thrown in. I guess I'm lucky based on others comments. My SA was very knowledgeable.
