M car club in Atlanta

I was wondering how many people would be interested in getting an M car club started here in Atlanta. It would be open to all Ms, E30, E36, etc. Just throwing it out there, to see who would be interested.

This is from one of the guys down in Fla. He is the Pres. of their club and he has an invite for us. How many of you are down for this?

Who would be interested in Convoying to Spartanburg SC? Maybe two months from now? If we were to do something like this we would eventually try to get the ///M Car Club from Atlanta GA to join up as well and make it big.

Let me know if anyone would be interested in doing this in about two months or so. August or September time frame.

I think a four day weekend would be great, leave on a Thursday or Friday and spend the weekend there and then come back on Sunday or Monday. BUT I need feedback please. I'll make the calls and contact the ///M Car Club from Atlanta to see if they wanna do it as well.

Don't they have that new program there for $99 that you get a tour and some performance school.
Maybe we could add that in the program.

I would like to. Let me know when would be a good day to meet up? I've been busy with work and life really. I missed the last two Caffeine & Octane. I know that there are meetings all throughout the month. Should we wait till after the holidays, or would you guys rather meet now? I'm open for anything really.

Why don't you guys come to my meet and put it all together on Sunday Dec 18 at 5PM at Dantana's Buckhead? The M Atlanta crew(M5's and M6's) is supposed to come. There is also another M crew that consist of E46M3's and E39 M5's that has been at C&O a few times. Some of them are supposed to come out as well. The M Atlanta crew is also trying to put together a track day at Talladega on the 28th of this month. They will be discussing this at our meet. The cost is between $100-$120 for 8 hours of track time. If anyone is interested I can put you in touch with the organizer, but again he should be at the meet this Sunday.

I just joined atlantamotorsportspark.com and will have 120 days access to the track when it's finished in the next few months. We should do an "M" day. I could ask the owner and rent a day for us to have fun in our M's

Of for those who don't want to drive the track they can just show up as well

By the way if you're going to join talked to me - I get 3% credit towards fees from a referral.

Also, anyone can join me as a guest for $250 - but you can only go at most twice a year - they want you to buy a membership. But if you do run with me - I can bet it's going to be mostly empty so we'd get the whole track to ourselves - thats the whole point of membership

AIGHT GUYS AND GALS HERE IS THE CRUISE-IN INFORMATION FOR SUNDAY'S MEET DEC 18TH!

Since we have a special guest coming we were asked about adding a little "cruise" to our meet for this month. So I've decided that we will meet at the Varsity between 3:30 and 4PM and we will leave at 4:15 sharp! We will then cruise to Dantana's. The route will start going up West Peachtree to Peachtree St and then we will hit I-85 at Brookwood North to Sidney Marcus and then hit all out for the mile sprint on GA400 to Lenox. This should be fun. For those of you that do not want to cruise, just meet at the Shops at Lenox parking lot around 5PM. See you there! *Cruise path is subject to change of course*
