I have a E90 and dropped on Eibachs. Very slight rubbing with Vred tires. Not a big deal really.

I have the RACs, but am running Continental Extreme Contact DW tires 255/19/35 front, 275/19/35 rears. no rubbing after 750 km on this setup. The total mileage on my car is 5800km.

Says me, who has rubbed ugly holes in fender liners on my E46 M3 due to overly aggressive offset and tire diameter. If you want to run with improperly sized tires and rub holes in your fender liners that is your decision.

FYI just because you have the same tire specs doesn't mean the tire's actual diameters are the same. Different tire brands have different dimensions, even if they are the same actual sizes ie 245/35/19.

I'm surprised it took so long for the stealership to turn you away.
