Best deal on a fuel pressure regulator

I picked up a clean 87 325iC for a summer toy for the wife. It sometimes starts hard & almost like it is flooded. But it always STARTS! I think it might need a fuel pressure regulator? All I have seen (WEB) is oem at about 70.00. Some aftermarket for about 60.00. Is there a big difference and/or is there a better deal out there?
Thanks
Bob
