I spent 5 years in the MINI world before buying my e90. I met a lot of really cool people in the scene, and a few douche bags, but the one thing that stands out about that group is their willingness to go out of their way to help others. Here is an example of that spirit that was preyed upon by police. Quite possibly the most douche bag move yet.

Cigarguy, I am with you on the incredible nature of the MINI community as a whole. I have seen MINI club members do things for others in their club that have blown my mind. To see the cops take advantage of them like this is pretty horrible. And they were out on a charity rally ... LAME!!!

Yes 4 of the cars were doing 30 KPH over the limit. But come on.
