I have them on my E36 as street tires. Only had them for about 1,500 miles, but I think they are fine for normal cars, but on a high performance car I don't think they have the grip you would want.

I'd rather get the new Vreds.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

I`d rather get something else as well but for the fitment that i have there are limited choices to what i can get
Fitment is 255/30/20 and 285/30/20
not alot of choices at that rate.

The S.Drive is a solid tire, but as mentioned above it does not have the grip level that one would need to make full use of the M3's capabilities.

Given your size combo:

For Yokohama, the Advan Sport is a better option in that size, though not readily available.

The Hankook Ventus V12 Evo is good bang for the buck, and stickier than the S.Drive.

The Sumitomo HTR Z III is better bang for the buck. (Better performance for similar price)

Those are the highlights of what we list in your size. Full listing here:

Terribly uncomfortable and loud tire in my experience. Grip and handling was fine but I would never buy them again. Had them in 245/45/18 on our tuned Tiguan. It's a fantastic looking tire though and super cheap cost.
