iPhone Critics can shut up now......

iPhone OS 4.0 will have true multi-tasking. It can also pair with BT keyboards as well.

More to come.

Rather have flash than multi-tasking on the phone. Backgrounder works fine for me.

I'll always be a critic until they put the phone on a real network.

If you have an original iPhone or 3G, you'll have to upgrade. Multi-Tasking won't be supported.

Backgrounder has been nothing but trouble for me. It noticeably slows down the entire phone. Remove it and you will see the difference. I'm glad Apple finally woke up and figured this out.

Reports say this next iPhone will be coming to VZW too. I'm completely satisfied with ATT though, it works well around here. Never had a dropped call (and I use the phone a lot) and always have signal where I need it.

I actually really like AT&T

Hmm I was about to buy an iPhone 3G for my girl

Guess I'll wait until this comes out, buy it, and give my 3GS to her
since the new 3GS can't be unlocked (yet), but mine's been unlocked since the beginning.

I hope this isn't just another rumor...

OS 3.1.3 sucks terribly when it comes to battery life.

The new OS will supposedly have native ActiveSync with Exchange, just like MS based phones.

Basically offering developers to host ads to enable them to remain free. Apple would keep 40% of the revenue created through the ads.
