Performance loss from OEM 18 to 19 Volk G2 or BBS LMR?

I'm planning on replacing my OEM 18's with EITHER:

19" Volk TE37 G2
front 9.5" 265/30/19
rear 10.5" 295/30/19

or

19" BBS LM-R
front 8.5" 235/35/19
rear 9.5" 265/35/19

What kind of performance loss do you think I will get with the larger wheel (both brands) and wider tires (on the Volks)

Minimal in track situations depending on the weights. From the 18` to 19` aspect the difference isn't going to be large the road feel is going to be a little rougher etc. You might get a little under steer from the wider stance. Defiantly not something I would worry about in your case. The volks are lighter and the bbs are in the same weight as stockers. You wont feel much of a difference if you use the right tires

LM's are also kinda heavy in the wheel weight thread.

^^^ The 19 LM-R on that E92 actually looked really good
I know how most people say that 19 LM-R's look small, but on an E92 it looks alright, not too sure about the E90 though.

You are being too humble sir, you need to show off your very own LM's!!!

Those are two of my favorite LM threads and there's no doubt they look great. What I'm trying to determine with this post though is what the different performance charateristics could be.

So far,

G2: Perhaps a little understeer due to width?
LM-R: Heavier wheel?

I would say go with 18" Volk for that track ready GTR-style
with Fat tires.

I wouldn't run a 235/265..

Go with the Volks.

Thanks everyone...I decided on the 19" Volk G2's and will be getting the following tires:

Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta

265/30/19 front
295/30/19 rear

Considered a 275/305 combo but since I couldn't get confirmation that there would not be rubbing issues, I played it a little safe.

The wheels should arrive sometime mid-late May.

I'll be keeping my stock 18's for track days.
