Help on locating a place to stay at in south beach
Hey members
![]() I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the cars you got really really well ![]() I was wondering can anybody advice me as to where to rent a place in south beach miami for the week of spring break starting march 6th to march 13th this year. I'm trying to stay as close to ocean drive as possible, I'm looking for a good place with two bedroom. I know its a bit late to be finding a spot but it was a last minute thing, and knowing how helpful you all are I was thinking if any body can advice me with that. Thanks ![]() |

All of the buildings on Ocean Drive are over 50 years old. Some of them have been redone but they are not very luxurious and some of the rooms are extreeeeeemley small. Unless you plan on renting the penthouse of one of those hotels I suggest staying somewhere like the Fountainbleau or the Loew's. One of the newest clubs in Miami is in the Fountainbleau so it's perfect for the night life. Not sure what your budget is but if you are going to stay anywhere decent on South Beach right now, plan on $250/night minimum for a standard room. And if your looking to get a 2 bedroom........................................... ......................................Good luck.

As stated above, your budget needs to be known here. There are "GT3's" next door to "Kia's" on ocean drive, but if you want a bathroom you can turn around in it takes $$. I find the Royal Palm to be a good middle-or-the-road in a good location.
Just know that unless you're willing to drop >$1000/night, you're are going to feel like you didn't get what you paid for. The room/price ratio is terrible across the board there because of the location. Many of the hotels there will also upcharge your card whether it is for actual things like $40/day for parking or things they completely made up! I find that I just need to lower my expectations going in and then I'm not pissed when I get there. You won't spend much time in the room anyway!!! |

best hotels right in the middle of south beach are probably the Loew's and the Ritz-Carlton IMO both of which, ive stayed at.
but like stated before depending all on your budget .... |
