WTF? How did that happen? Complete dropout or just the engine?

Hydrolock. 2 connecting rods are bent, cylinder walls werent touched. i am feeling out if the engine is worth selling or i am just goin to buy a salvage m3 and build for myself. Engine only with some sensors, same as if you ordered a 26k crate engine from the dealer.
