The Road To Fashion Grey E90 M3

Purchased The Car April of 2015 These Are Pics Of How The Car Looked

Couple Weeks To A Month And Change Later Car Was On The Cutting Board

After That Phase I The Car Needed To Go Through Serious Prevenative Maintenace Such As Rod Bearing Replacement, Throttle Actuators.. Thankfully My Car Was Well Maintained And Up to Date With Oil Changes As I Only Used Redline 10W60 And Currently I've Upgraded To Motul 15w50 Expensive But Well Worth It.. The Bearing Job Was Done By A Very Good Friend Of Mine Named Enrique aka Guaro Who Also Did My Aluminum SubFrame And Differential Mounts. And All The Other Major Work Shown Done By M&P Performance.

More Upgrades To The Car Consist Of Whats Pictured Below

OSGIKEN Twin Disc Clutch

CAE Shifter With UUC DSSR Shift Linkage

Bimmerworld Tri-Y Headers & X Pipe (RACE)

Turner Motorsports Aluminum Subframe And Differential Bushings

Defiv Lockdown Kit

The Car Was Then Tuned At Powerhaus, Full Bolt On On 93 Car Made 376hp Mustang Dyno .. Thats Macht Schnell Pulleys Kit And Bimmerworld Headers Drop In Filter Mesiterschaft Super Gt.. Car Didnt Have Enough Back Pressure So I Then Put The ESS OEM Modded Exhaust and Car Made 380hp Surprisingly More

Last Stage Before I Decided To Do A Full Color Change On The Car

After Contemplating On Whether Or Not I Wanted To Sell The Car Due To Finding Out I Would Be Having My First Daughter, My Lady Has Always Been Supportive Of My Passion For Cars And Told Me Not To. That's When This Phase 4 Kicked In. After Going Back And Forth With Porsche To Get The Color We Wanted They Refused To Give Us The Mixture To The Color Which Was Fashion Grey. But We Made Got It As Close To It As Possible After Test Spraying A Spare Fender To Get The Color. Everything Was Done The Right Way. Fenders, Doors, Hood, Trunk, Front and Rear Windshield Removed, Sunroof. All The Work Was Done BY Proformance Industries In New Rochelle NY. Check Their Instagram Out If You Guys Are Interested. @ProformanceIndustries

Preping The Car

Primer The Car

Painting The Car

Fresh Out Of The Oven Baking

Car Put Back Together No Arkym Carbon Front Bumper Anymore Because I Didnt Want To Spend More Money Fixing It And Got Rid Of The CSL Trunk And Went OEM Trunk With Carbon High Kick Trunk Lip

Looks great!! Maybe different in person but it looks more like a light shade of Nardo grey. When I saw my friends fashion grey, it seem like there was a touch of muddy green type of shade to the color. None the less, congrats and is the best version of your build

Yes your right there's a time a green missing which bothers me only because Porsche was giving us a hard time but other then that it's come along way

Looks awesome! Great choice going w/ the Euro front bumper and back to OEM trunk, looks really clean!

Since they're local to you, any thoughts on OneEighty headlights?

Holy sh..

Thought it was going to be a wrap, damn that full paint looks spectacular. Excellent color choice for the E90 body style. I particularly like the headlight washer delete. God I hate those things.

Great looking build!! It definitely looks a little bit like nardo but it also has some fashion grey in it as well.

Fashion grey has some beige in it in most lights.
It also looks very different on a sunny day vs a cloudy day.

Not trying to hijack the thread but it’s good for comparison. Let me know if you want me to delete the post.

Nah no worries I explained in the thread how Porsche wouldn't give us the exact mixture unless we had an actual registration but even then when I provided them with a friend of mines reg. They wanted to only provide it to an authorized body shop which is completely ridiculous. I'm sure The individual F80 M3 and F30's mixtures are given to BMW corporate to make the customers colors idk why they were being so picky we got it as close as we can with out the tint of green which actually I'm glad it didn't have it I feel like I would get a little tired and limit my color combo choices

For example the last picture that's how the car looks 80% of the time unless it's in really super bright light the pictures don't do it justice
