Is your rear bumper stained due to CATLESS midpipe

I have the RPI full race exhaust and recently noticed that my rear bumper and lower part of the trunk has a film on it that cannot be removed with normal washing. I most certainly will have to use a clay bar. I was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem and what they did about it. My color is Silverstone.

I had the same issue. Wax took care of it.

Did wax cause it not to stick or/and did it remove it?

It removed it, and help prevent the build up. You'll never stop it.

YES. My alpine white bumper has been stained yellow. Looks like the color of my teeth... lol... (not a good thing)

I did claybar it real quick (something quick, not a full detail) and it did help get rid of some of the yellowing.

Paint Cleaner should get rid of it with minor effort. Re-wax and you are done.

It only happened to me the first week of putting on the exhaust. After that it never happened again. I have AW and RPI GT.
