The exhaust is great! It was one of the first mods I did and cannot say enough about the sound. The first 300 miles or so it was EXTREMELY LOUD. But eventually it evened out and now is perfect! Slight drone from 2200-2400 RPMs but not bad at all. I'd recommend it for anyone who wants an aggressive sounding exhaust. And best of all, no affect on warranty since it's an axle-back exhaust.

Yeah, I was considering H&R but after reviewing numerous reviews I thought I'd go a bit conservative. Wanted a drop but felt that the ride would be a bit better with Eibach. Also, I wanted to go 255/35s in front...would probably work with H&R but maybe slight rubbing at full lock.

Looks amazing, Love it. I also have a AW e90 m3. Was looking to get the Gintani exhaust. Which version do you have? I heard there is a sport version as well as the normal one. Any videos??

No rubbing whatsoever. However, the tech that installed the wheels said if I went with only a 5mm spacer it would rub unless I rolled the fenders. I have a rounded sidewall with PS2s...not sure if a more square sidewall would rub (i.e. AD08s)

Looks good. Can you take more pics on the exhaust? I want to see how far it sticks out.
Also, i think a bit lower would be better. I think RD sport springs would be a good choice IMO Ed Lin

very nice. i have the same wheels but mine were earlier production wheels with a +20mm offset in the rear. you can go with a spacer bigger then 5mm. i have 19x10 +20 with a 15mm spacer in the rear and it doesn't rub. i didn't have to roll anything, just had to shave a smidge off the plastic fender liner. i am also on eibachs as well. just fyi.
