Heres a nice review of the mighty lexus lfa, it looks epic!
I love the way the engine revs, something we can all relate to

Beautiful technology but don't you think 20 years is more than enough time to reintroduce the Supra? The design seems to have evolved from Toyota IMO.

the engine is so trippy...the way it revs is so crazy...

20 years? hasn't only been a little more than 10(like 12?) since supra's production stopped? and i thought it was 9 years that they spent developing this

It's a cool machine but obviously, way expensive. I'll take a GTR and a couple F430s for the price of one LFA.

I spoke to the owner at the lexus dealer who we deal with, and he said you cant even purchase this vehicle.

Lexus will lease it to you for the first 2 years and then decides whether you get to buy it at the end of the term.
Infact, he said even the initial purchasing will be shortlisted from a bunch of candidates.
He said I could have one if I wanted

Well I mean think about it...this LFA will be much more rare than the ferrari/lambos that roam in beverly hills, yorkville, central londo etc.

Plus a lot of people who will buy this LFA will already have the means or perhaps have other exotics already in the garage and just want to add something unique, different and special to their collection!

Its sort of like saying this Z4 GT3 isnt worth its price tag....I mean think about how many ferraris/lambos you can buy for 298,000 Euros???

True, The supra went out of production in 1997!

so its been 11-12 years!

+1 This car isn't made to compete with a 997 Turbo, GTR, Ferrari for the average customer. It's for the super rich collectors who already have all those cars.

There are only 10 of them coming to Canada and Toyota is controling the market by only leasing them and only to select clients with a "visable profile"get them.
