dct shift lights not working, help!!!

hi there, any one of u know why the shift lights on my car are not working , i have tried every thing including the m drive, m key, and the signal pedal as well, is this caused by the soft ware glitch? any of u have ideas? is bmw gonna fix the problem for free? it will be grateful if u guys could give me some ideas.... thanks!!!

Have you had your 2000km service done yet? I think it's only activated after the 2000km service and then they only light up after about 6500rpm or so. Sorry, I'm too busy looking ahead to notice the rpm they light up - but that's the whole idea...you see them in your peripheral vision as you keep your eyes on the next 100m ahead!
