Multimedia / Camera Interface - Whats out there?

So, I just recently opened up this section of the threads on M3POST, and I see that the interfaces work real good on the e9x m3's - & im guessing all the other BMW's.

I wanted to know how many different companys out there do this, and whats the most reccomended, who offers what, and whats the total cost for this package.

and ofcourse, which is the easiest to install...
