E46 M3 Boot water leak

Hi.
I have the rag top with a hard top for my m3, water is getting into the boot, I've siliconed the lights, checked the rubbers, all good but still a leak.
I think it's when you park on a slope with the rear downhill. This is bad I think ?
I have a picture of where I think it comes in, looks like a BMW bad desin and I don't know how to fix it ?
Water goes into A and down B, but on a slope it goes down C. This is where the leak is, any one think different ???
