It's time......

I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hi!! Decided to take the plunge and pick up an m3 this year. One of my all time favourites but never seriously considered purchasing one due to concerns of driving in the Canadian winter. 2 years ago, I picked up an evo X thinking that it was a perfect winter car with loads of performance... car has been good to me, but it's time for an upgrade!! After surfing this site for everyone's experience with their m3's in the snow, i've decided just to bite the bullet!!! Now I just have to decide on a colour!! hahaha.

Look forward to learning about the m!

Congrats and Welcome! Wise decision to ditch the Evo....J/K!

Ask anyone here, the M3 is a pretty good car!

Mine is a DD and I drive it in the winter with no problems, mind you this winter any car would have been a viable option!

Tks Jaypod!! Yeah, I thought the evo had some serious grunt and handling, but the other night I test drove the E92 for the first time and lets just say I'm still grinning from ear to ear.

I did not drive my M3 this winter but if the winters keep getting that mild then I'll give it a try with a good set of winter tires. Go E90.
