Climate compressor belt drive wheel wobble
Hi!
I today discovered that the climate compressor belt drive wheel (the leftmost wheel on this picture: http://www.worldcarfans.com/10703224...il/lowphotos#0) is wobbling on it's axis when the engine is running. The other wheels in the belt drive are rotating smoothly, but this wheel seems like it is not properly mounted and is vibrating and wobbling ~0.2 inches! This doesn't seem right to me, but before I do anything else - do you see what I'm trying to describe if you look under the hood? A quick check would be very appreciated from my side! My car is a 2007/06 E92 M3. Thanks, Joppe |

I'll take a look at mine tomorrow and report back to you, but a small amount of visible 'wobble' in drive pulleys is perfectly normal since you're dealing with stacked tolerances; can't expect everything to be perfectly aligned and have zero play. Take care.
