every day. i live at a university, and I'm always on the go, as I work full time 40 minutes away. Fast food is better than the drivel they serve on-campus, so I choose it. It is important to draw lines for yourself when eating it so much, though. For instance, I'm 5'6", and I refuse to let myself get over 300 pounds, so I'm hoping that by eating Kentucky Grilled instead of Kentucky Fried, I'll stay at about 289.

I think I'm pretty healthy.

Bro... give up the fast food. Subway is the key. Seriously. I went from 350-250(now) and subway and diet coke contributed at least 50% of my weight loss.

That being said, I eat fast food almost every day. I eat chinese fast food for lunch most the time since I work around Rowland Heights. And I buy a lot of fast food curry. I do love my curry. I also eat subway and quiznos often. Then there's chipotle.

Chipotle isn't good for you.

Stick to subway even if it tastes like cardboard. I lost 30lbs sticking to that shit on campus.

never. seriously. I don't need food THAT bad that I can't cook it or wait until I get home. Look at the ingredients and sources of that crap and if you care about your body, you'll give it up.
