Julius,

Are all 3-pieces of the ISS Forged wheels actually FORGED?

Are the center sections rotory forged or conventional spread forged?

And, are all three pieces 6061-T6 alumiunum including the inner and outer barrels on every model and size?

Also, could you post up the independent test results that show these wheels pass DOT, SAE, JWL and TUV standards.

And please list all the wheel sizes and offsets that ISS Forged had TUV certified.

As you probably know, TUV certifies aftermarket wheels individually in specific widths and offsets. (it's not a one size fits all certification process)

FM-10 looks nice, plus you get the piece of mind of a warranty.

Price? (fail) I read the bold lettering way later. My monkey brain went right for the pictures)

This is the response I got from ISS,

"No not all 3 pieces are forged. The centers are forged and the barrels we use two are made in one of 2 different processes. The GT Series uses Spun Barrels and the Sport Compact Uses Extruded Barrels. Both Barrels are superb quality with a minimal amount of run out.

The Forging Process for 18,19, and 20" is Spread Forged and our 21, 22, 24, 26 are Rotary Forged. Both Processes produce extremely high quality components.

All our wheels are tested to exceed DOT, SAE, JWL, and TUV criteria through our independent tester. In our testing process we test our wheels to exceed the maximum weight capacity of any car the wheels will fit. Meaning if the wheel can fit an S Class (20") we are forced to test the wheels structural integrity to the maximum weight of an S Class Loaded with 5 People and Luggage. We can go into every size and weight load rating but that would take hours and is the main reason why we use an independent tester and don't just go off the load ratings from the 3D renderings or do our own machine testing. All of these testing methods are not just something we decide to do but something required by the insurance company in order to maintain coverage.

This is why it is so important to use a company that has proper liability insurance in place.

Thank You Lemans Blue M for your interest in our product. Wheel Sto is one of the best, so I know if you go through them you will be a very happy customer.

Janoy"

These weigh in around 25-27 lbs depending on the size and style that you go with. Pretty light for a 3 piece custom wheel.
