BMW Assist can't do near that much - they won't even activate vehicle tracking without a police report number. By the time you have the report filed and an official report number, your car could be stripped to the frame . . .

BMW will one up GM by making it where they deactivate the car and drive the "sum bitch" straight to the police station...
