What's anormal VPC wait?
My car arrived in the US 10/12, initial estimated delivery date was 10/15. That has now slipped back 10/26 without any explanation. To be honest, now that the EPA hold seems to be over, I am a little worried that the car may have been damaged in shipment and is now getting repaired.
I had thought "sold" cars got priority 1 status and were streamlined as much as possible through the process. Have others had similar delays? Appreciate any chiming in, this has been the most nerve wracking part of the whole process. Thanks. |

My car arrived at the VPC a wednesday and I was driving it on Saturday. But the vpc is only about 2 hours away. I asked my dealer if there was any damage in transit and he told me that would have been disclosed by law.

I had read on prior threads they only have to disclose if the damage exceeds 30% of the value of the vehicle.
Just seems weird that a sold vehicle would sit, in light of the EPA hold seeming to be over. |
