Hey guys I came from an M6 to an M3 to an E63 now Im going back the M3. I would like to get one asap but the dealership were I bought my previous cars in Thousand Oaks are not giving me any good deals. Im looking to lease an 09-2010 M3 coupe fully loaded for 36 months. Im in SoCal can any please recommend a good dealership that will give me the best deal? How much should I be paying a month for an M3 now a days? Thank you to everyone in advanced.

Thank You

Cheaper to buy with the APRs that they are offering.

Any other dealerships? How much are people paying monthly?

Your question is pretty broad. You should consider the following, select each that best describe/fit what you want, and then pursue getting that from the dealership.

1. What is the money factor on your ideal lease vs. what they are offering?
2. Can you use MSD's to buy-down said money factor; and if so, how many can you use?
3. What lease term do you want with regards to mileage? 10k, 12k or 15k per year?
4. Money talks. How much are you going to put down?
5. How much are YOU wanting to spend per month?

Answer these questions and I think you will have the answer you seek. Asking for monthly payments and such is valuable, but purely informational; what someone else got for terms may not be the case for you.

Good luck!

I just bought mine, I searched all over southern california. Ended up financing the 2009 with 0.9% though. Anyhow, since my research is 'fairly' recent (2 to 3 weeks ago), for good deals, go to these guys:

1) Henry Suh, New Century BMW, they had a few 2009 coupes (but all with DCTs), should be able to get you a good deal. Straight forward, no games, and he will tell you up front lease money factors, residuals, and doc fees. I bought 2 cars from this dealership, 1 from Henry, almost bought it from him, but he had no 2009 e90s left.

2) Phillippe Kahn, South Bay BMW, I ended up buying my car from him. Same thing, will tell you up front what the published BMW finance lease rates are. They have a few 2009 coupes too. If you have time, and leasing, why don't you do an ED? It'll be way fun, sold to you around $500 above ED invoice (below dealership invoice), get to drive on the autobahn. Phillippe is the man to go on EDs, 70% of sales are EDs.

That's it, good luck with it.

Talk to Larry Shapiro at Bob Smith in Calabasas, tell'em Spencer sent you.

There are no good leases on M3's right now though. Expect to pay in the $1100 per month range.
