Winter set up

With winter approaching, I am getting ready and is shopping for a winter set up for my 2009 M3 coupe. I live in a more rural area, so don't mind sacrifice dry performance over snow/ice dependability. Obviously, its got to look good as well. Any suggestions. Include picture of you past winter set up please

Okay, I'll be the one to say it... PLEASE USE THE SEARCH FEATURE.
It's simple and brings up a lot of information. Otherwise, I noticed it's your first post so welcome!

Tirerack who is a sponsor on this forum has a few threads up with information on good winter setups. I actually just ordered a set of Bridgestone LM-25 Tires (235/40/18 Front & 255/40/18 Rear) and I'm mounting them to the OEM 18" Wheels that came with my car. I think total after shipping was $970 USD and they arrived in a week. There's actually a comparison chart on most of the Winter tires they have on Tirerack and some reviews as well.

People sell the stock 18s from time to time for very reasonable prices. That's what I picked up...
