Sorry, no experience using the All-Season Pilot Sport tires...but I am curious why you would even want this particular type?

These tires are a serious step down in performance across the board.

The only advantage I can see is the treadwear rating? Is that the reason?

Just throwing around ideas.... Either I get snows or don't drive when the weather's bad.

I used to live in Albany and had the PS A/S on my M3. They worked quite well in light to medium snow. If you live in areas where the roads and consistently plowed, the A/S are a good compromise between performance and grip in snow.

Of course, it is a compromise. Don't expect the grip of summer tires and the traction of full blown snow tires.

i had them on my srt-8 challenger this past winter...i was home and all it did was snow. it did pretty good except for in the real deep stuff and up steep hills. light snow was fine
