Leaving car on Jack stands: Wheels on or off?

I'm putting my car on jack stands for a couple days. Should I take the wheels off or is it ok for the suspension to have the wheels dangling?

Thanks!

Dangling is better. It is also safer. There's no adverse affect to the suspension either way.

Take off the wheels and hire 4 midgets to support the suspension.

Kidding. As Michael already stated, it's safer to have the wheels on.

I took the liberty of making your statement more politically correct.
