Not a ton, but I feel like the little that I do makes a pretty big difference to the overall image quality. Generally-speaking this is what I typically do:

- Adjust exposure/contrast.
- Bring out shadow and/or highlight detail where relevant.
- Lower saturation but sometimes increase vividness simultaneously.
- occasionally, I'll add a soft vignette around the edges.

Some photos take more work than others, but the workflow is pretty fast. I love how Aperture can stamp a ton of images with the same basic settings once one is complete. This works for most batches that were shot around the same time with the same conditions, but obviously not across every photo all the time.

Damn! Very Jealous - I really wanted to do ED, perhaps the next car.

How did you keep your car so clean?

Amazing photos and beautiful car! Truly some of the best pics I've seen on any car forum. I have the Digital Rebel with the same L lens. I think you have made up my mind on my next camera. Nice work!

The 17-40 is awesome...just make sure you get the L version

ED is great. I saved money overall, even with air/hotel/gas/food/souvenirs. If you look closely at the car, you'll see that the windows are actually quite dirty

I loved the Digital Rebel when I was using it...but never realized how small it was until I got my 5D2. My wife still uses the rebel but every time i pick it up it feels tiny, hehe.

I shot my last ED trip with a canon point and shoot, and I swore Id never do that again. This time I used my 50D with a 24-70 L and a 100-400 L. My only regret is that I didn't get the 5D2 Oh well, next time Nice Pics!
