Plugs in tracked cars

Over the years, I've seen a few post about what is the proper interval for changing our plugs, but most of them were in regard to "regular maintenance" S65. Even that couldn't be agreed upon, 50K?, 35K?, 20K? Etc. Its an area of maintenence I havent paid much attention to as my odometer just clocked 20K with about 15-20 track days a year. With having any kind of tune on our NA cars + heavy track use, I wonder if timing would eventually be affected. A loth differs in terms of heavily tracked car when it comes to maintenance oil change, brake flushes etc. I was wondering what would be a "reasonable" interval internals of changing our plugs before I find out through the coil packs

Others might know more than me about this but I would think that plugs would be one of the few things that dont see that much more of a duty on a track compared to fluids other than being fired more often due to higher rev ranges.

The biggest thing to worry about with plugs is the tune of the car as running rich/lean could eventually foul them

I changed mine out at 37k per standard maintenance protocol and the tech said they looked good as new. I noticed no change in engine behavior whatsoever.

Awesome!!!!! Good to know. The constant high revving mileage we put on track car was exactly my concern. Looks like I can wait a while
