My tinted tails make me look like a drug dealer

He actually pulled me out of the car and around to the back to ask me if I had drugs or alcohol. (Aren't I allowed to have alcohol in my car? lol) My girlfriend snapped pictures of me laughing with the cop through the rear window. He was pretty nice about it all.

Sadly, no

at first I wanted this one that was at Boardwalk Porsche that had some light mods on it but they sold it the same day I contacted them. Then I found one I wanted in OKC but their asking price was too high and they wouldn't give me enough for my trade in on my M..I'm not looking to take another depreciation hit on a new car so I'm only looking for slightly used ones..hopefully the right one will come along soon..until then, I will have my M

I'm guessing Blake has gone too over the top with his to consider it?

Just kidding..I talked to Blake but his is a little too much $$ for my price range. I'm trying to find a gt-r that won't cost me too much + the trade in on my M..I might end up trading my IS350 in for it too. Not sure yet though! Hopefully I'll find one soon..if not, it's all good

Lots of potential cost in the HPF setup. I talked to Scott last Saturday. He's getting a new block for his. HPF got a hold of some unfinished blocks (maybe even thicker than standard castings). Scott will end up with one of those bored slightly undersize.

Hope you and Soorena both find what you want.

Nissan is retuning the suspension on the GT-R in 2011 to have a bit better ride quality for daily driving. Not sure if this is worth waiting to you. But it also seems the price is going up since they eliminated the base model.

Btw, since you are pretty concerned with cost have you taken a look at Edmund's cost analysis yet? The GTR is not cheap to operate by any means. Much more expensive running costs than the M since you pay for the maintenance out of pocket. I think it was like $7k for the 15k service or something which includes new brakes.

I'm not sure about the ride, I'm going to test drive one Saturday to see how I like it..will report back on here!
Oh and Jotech will be taking care of all the service and maintenance..quite a bit cheaper than the stealer!
