Did you guys wipe the exhaust down with rubbing alcohol or WD-40 after the install and before the first it was fired up? To get rid of oil so it does not stain the titanium.
Thanks.

I was told to use WD-40. It is a better solvent than alcohol. I expect to get my exhaust installed on Friday. Opposite most people, I'm installing the X-pipe and mid section rather than the slip on. I haven't decided what to pair it up with, but I'm leaning towards the Vanguard. The Akra by itself is just a little too quiet for me.
I would recommend cleaning it just prior to install. It's a lot easier to clean beforehand. Just make sure the installers use clean lab gloves when they put it on and you should be fine. |

Had the Akra installed today. Love it!!!
Quality, fit, and finish are first rate. Also, for those of us with the sedan, the exhaust tucks in much better then the stock piece did, so you don't really see it hanging from the car.

Will do. I have to adjust the tips a little, they are sticking out a bit too much. Thanks again for the great price and service.
