ONR dilution ratios

What dilution do you guys use for Optimum No Rinse as a QD? I mixed it up to the specs on the bottle but as a quick detailer it left a bit of a film. Also, is it supposed to feel like plain water at the dilution for clay bar lube?

Dilutions as per label;
1.Car wash solution - 1oz / 2 gallons
2.Detailer’s clay lubrication - 2oz / gallon (1:64)
3.Quick detailer (QD) - 6oz / gallon (1:22)
4.Wet-sanding lubrication – dilution as above
