Did the springs + plates this weekend. Definitely lower (noticeable most in the rear I'd say but you can see it on both). Performance is nice; no track time just yet (8/1 @ Buttonwillow, wahoo!) but testing on tight turns and on-ramps suggest less roll and better 'sport' handling overall.

So do most people here get springs and spacers for just looks?

Remember, only other M3 enthusiasts that admire the "lowered look" over performance will really care. Most people will think you have a 328 or 335 with a lowered suspension for show.

Dinan springs are awesome IMHO. Drive great, provide slightly improved track handling.
