AW Dinan M3 @ Valley Fair?

So yesterday evening I stopped by Valley Fair and there was an AW Dinan M3 parked on display inside the mall; however, I didn't see any indication as to why it was there. It had the Dinan wheels, exhaust, and badge.

The exhaust didn't look as bad as I had feared. The black tips on an AW E92 with CF roof gave the car something of a muscular look, and the rims, while not to my personal taste, didn't look that bad either.
