Saw one on way home from work today. Who is it? Is that a custom paint job or special order from BMW?

I was talking to my service advisor at Rasmussen yesterday and he mentioned that there was a Dakar Yellow M3 in PDX that he had installed KW coilovers on. He said they were going to do a photo shoot on it for a magazine.
