sure you can do any of the mods that anyone else with a e90 or e92 are doing to get more power.

I saw a website where they'll bolt on a supercharger and boost the BHP to 600+.

It will cost you £18k though.

(and probably a new engine about 5000 miles later)

I am in the same boat as you. My car is in need of modification as well. Maybe we can work a deal with a company if we both order parts? Let me know what your thinking as far as upgrades.

Did they offer a warranty with the Supercharger you found for £18k? 600hp sounds inviting but how reliable will that be?

I should imagine the Supercharger would be under warranty, but if you phoned up BMW to claim for a blown engine and they saw a big ass supercharger bolted to the engine, I'm pretty sure they'd laugh in your face.

Was it the G-Power one that you came across?

Supercharger System upgrade SK II

110.092.063D G-POWER Supercharger system upgrade to SK II - plus 55 hp
Basis: M3 V8 SK I, 525 hp (386 kW) torque 525 Nm upgraded to 580 hp (426 kW)/580 Nm
in addition to the SK I system consisting of:

ASA T1-521 supercharger with increased rpm level and airmass flow rate, boost level approx. 9 psi rel.;
optimized exhaust conduction through dynamic pressure reduced exhaust system, including first catalysts
replacement pipes ans two racing catalysts; adjustment of the ECU software to the enlarged airmass flow.

ASA will supply the warranty on the Snail but seriously without internal mods such as Forged Pistons etc how long will the engine last putting out 580 horses? The S65 is a fantastic motor but it wasn't made for forced induction

It was the G-Power Clubsport...600+ bhp | 570 Nm

Price - £18700...Ouch

I think as I already have 9 points, I'll stick to just upgrading the exhaust!

Prices are subject to fitting charges but include VAT.
