Question Testing Waters: Take Over My Lease - 2008 e92 M3

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None
Item Interest
I am currently thinking about taking different avenues with my M; so I have decided to first see if anyone was interested in taking over my M3 lease before making a decision with a new vehicle.

Car Specs:

Vehicle:
2008 BMW M3 Coupe

Exterior Color:
Jerez Black Metallic

Interior Color:
Bamboo Beige Novillo Leather (NOT extended) with Carbon Leather Trim

Transmission:
6MT

Packages:
Cold, Premium and Technology

Additional Options:
Moonroof, 19" M wheels, iPod adapter, Premium Sound, BMW Assist

Options NOT purchased:
DCT, rear sunshade, PDC, HD/Satellite Radio

Current Mileage:
4,612

Condition:
PERFECT condition, super babied and always garaged; if anyone on the forum knows me personally, they could vouch how ridiculously anal I am when it comes to cleaning my car. There has never been food in the car nor do I allow smoking in the vehicle.

Additional Notes:
The car has NEVER been tracked and is always parked either in my garage at home or a parking garage at work. I'm the guy who parks about a mile away from every other car in a parking lot. Also, for those of you in the Tri State area, please note there are NO front bumper holes as the dealer I picked this up from made sure not to put a front plate on.

Lease Specs:
Leasing Company: BMW Financial
Term: 36 month lease
Start of Lease: October 2008
End of Lease: October 2011
Annual Mileage: 15,000 miles
Monthly payment: $909 (with the NJ 7% tax included)
Original MSRP: $68,xxx

This is a lease take over deal and I am asking for $3,000 back. Car is located in North New Jersey. There is also the tire/wheel insurance included with this lease. PM me if you are interested and would like additional details. Thank you.

I'm very intersted as my current car, an E92 335i, is pending a lease transfer on swapalease. That should be completed by month's end (hopefully sooner). Once it is, I'd take over your lease BUT, I'd like to negotiate on that $3k down you are asking. You have the exact options I'm looking for (except I wanted Silver Leather) so let's discuss. PM me when you can. Thanks!

Dont people give incentives instead of for asking money back?

People who need to get rid of their lease ASAP, or those with extra money, etc. give incentives. Since I am not anxious to sell at the moment, I do not really feel incentives are necessary to offer but am willing to entertain any suggested ones. I understand incentives help the sale but currently I am just testing waters to see if there is any interest. I feel that the amount of my monthly payments, options on the car along with the amount of miles per year is really good.
