hey i just got a new set of 20" hre's. i figured that when i put the wheels on the tpm malfunction light would come on. i was wondering if the stock tire pressure sensors would fit and work. and if not how do you overide the system so the car doesnt beep and flash every time i drive it.

You bought a used set of HRE's right? They did not come with sensors in them already? To answer your question, yes, use the stock ones, or buy new ones. You will have to have your tires unmounted to pull the sensors out of the stock wheels, and then have your new wheels unmounted so you can install the sensors, and the mounted and balanced again. I don't believe you can override you TPMS system. I think BMW is required by law to put them in your vehicle now, so it is something that you cannot override.
